It is a subsidiary of ATU General Trust (BVI) Limited, which was established in 1995 as a fully licensed Corporate & Trust Company holding a General Trust License in the BVI.
ATU General Trust (BVI) Limited has been granted the status of an Overseas Agent of ATU Corporate Services (Anguilla) Inc. and hence the administration for Anguilla-based Companies is entirely performed by our experienced administrative service team from within our BVI office, benefiting from direct internet access through the Anguilla Commercial Online Registration Network (ACORN). |
